Dr. Sarah Abbott

Dr. Abbott grew up in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago with her twin brother. She graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry while playing as a goalie on Siena's water polo team all four years. She then returned back home to Chicago to attend Illinois College of Optometry where she had the pleasure of learning from Dr. Boyce in the Cornea and Contact Lens Department before graduating Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Abbott received awards of Beta Sigma Kappa and Tomb & Key. Her optometric interests include primary eye care, managing ocular diseases, pediatrics and fitting contact lenses. During her free time, she enjoys swimming, playing with her dog, Bonnie, and visiting with friends and family. Dr. Abbott is excited to have moved up north and to help the residents Park Ridge with all their eye care needs.
